Windows XP and Z 5500

After reading this DOC http://www.myzaurus.com/downloads/Troubleshooting_tips.doc, and do step-by-step what manual says, i can't make connection between Laptop (XP Home Edition) and my SL-5500 (QTopia 1.5.0).
I think i've done everything the right way but doesn't work...

I've tried config the network in PC to IP 192.168.129.1, but... didn't work!!
Any help...

Another question:
If i have to change my IP in Laptop to work with Zaurus, how do I connect to the internet??
My Laptop is allways connected to a network (Work - 200.0.2.X; School - 172.x.x.x; Home - 192.168.1.x)

Came across a windows quirk that seams to cause problems sometimes. On Pocket PCs as well, not Just the Zaurus...

Take a look at :
