i got the same smoke. they wanted me to send my phone back to them for the repair, rather than send me the parts to fix it myself... i cant afford to not have a phone for even a day, let alone weeks on end as it is shipped back to the UK.

i have the same issue. codi lcd kaput. glass seems fine. if i evert get my hands on a replacement, this will be very handy!

what ports are you using?

the right port only works thru codi, so if that is off or flakey, you are not gonna get functionality there.

i have been using only the left port for a while and it works fine for both charging and for devices with both the planet hub and 3rd party c to a adapters.

inside the phone app w the phone open you can set the audio device. remove speaker phone ands use the rocker on the front ofn the phone to adjust volume.

indeed even with all the latest updates, i found v23 got worse battery than v19 with codi on. that was the first time i was getting less than a full day. turning codi off, and i EASILY get 2-2.5 days of use between charges now.

Hey Shuntcap,

I think I found another thing that is broken in your mod, the front/internal camera crashes the app when trying to take a picture.

I tried to install the apk on my Cosmo, but I get an error message: App was not installed.
I can install F1MinimalMod2.1.apk though.
Can you help?

uninstall the old gcam app first, then try the new one.

Thanks for the quick response. I have done that and it was still crashing. I had to turn HDR+ from "On " to "Enhanced" and I was able to get a photo to capture. the jpeg is highly letterboxed, and the exposure is crazy bloomed out.  havnt peeked at the raws yet

Ive tried the app, but it just crashes over and over. What settings are you all using? What rev are you running on?
