tkc for C760
« on: February 16, 2004, 05:35:26 pm »
I\'ve been away awhile and I would like to know the state of the tkcROM for the 760.  Also, is there a web page that documents the whole upgrade process?

ei backing up and restoring your data across the ROM upgrade as well as all the little details required to do this without messing up your device.

status is done.  2.5.1 is the latest you\'ll see for a while as I think Proto doesn\'t have the time to continue without some help.  I know javaboy had a kernel done for it, but it hasn\'t been released.

file is here:  http://www.zaurususergroup.com/modules.php...download&sid=31

instructions are here: http://www.zaurususergroup.com/modules.php...ename=C7x0_ROMs

and doing a search gets you this instruction:  http://www.zaurususergroup.com/index.php?n...rom+760+install
I'm now an iphone user and use my zaurii as serial terminals, perl and shell scripting and when I need 640x480 screens
