I'm curious about this memory resizing and it's effects.
When I resized the memory, using the cacko flash resizer, to 121mb the max, these are the results:
System Memory
Free Memory: 1.0mb
Total 60.0mb
Internal Flash
Free Memory: 8.1mb
Total 58.0mb, Mounted at /
Internal Flash
Free Memory: 61.3mb
Total 63.0mb, Mounted at /home
However, when I used the NAND restore to get the default memory allocation back I got these results:
System Memory
Free Memory: 2.0mb
Total 60.0mb
Internal Flash
Free Memory: 8.1mb
Total 58.0mb, Mounted at /
Internal Flash
Free Memory: 39.4mb
Total 63.0mb, Mounted at /home
If you look at the Internal Flash designated as /home that drops from 61.3mb of free space to only 39.4mb of free space straight after flashing.
The questions I have are:
1) Anyone know where this extra space has gone?
2) Anyone know if there is a bad reason why I shouldn't reflash it to the 121mb max flash resize to get the extra space back?
