I've voted "1" becuase I cannot get to their support site at all - I always get redirected to the Archos store.

Click on the Help in the upper left corner, then click on Contact Technical Support.
They recently changed their site and it is AFU.  Sevral links are screwy.

Thanks for the tip, however, it did help much. Here's the automated reply I received:

I emailed their technical support to see if I could recover the Iceblox game my stupid friend deleted. About 2 days later I got the following response:

You can check at the FTP site below.  Otherwise we do not have it.

ftp://support.archos.com

They didn't have it.    Does anyone else here have it??

I voted 1.
I asked the question," How do I connect to a digital Tv to record,as I do not have a seperate freeview box?" and "My Archos 504 keeps freezing"
The reply was,"Connect to the TV out and press record"

Iasked," The volume level level on my (Replacement) Archos 504 is so low it can hardly be heard, even at full volume."
The reply was that EU regs set the volume level and it was illegal for them to tell me how to raise it!

So my question is, What EU reg. says that I can listen to my MP3, TV, CD, etc, but not to my Archos 504?
