This ota.zip update is about 49 MB. V22 ota update is 134MB. I think it will work only to people that already updated to v22. I  have just did this update. Then rebooted to linux to see if everything is fine like dialer-app. Everything in linux is fine. Twrp ( ninji version ) is still asking for a password like in v22 ( only v19 is Ok with twrp ).  Did a boot to rooted android and it is ok. Now it is time to work with this version. V22 was absolutely fine for me. Let' s see if v23 is ok ( Probably yes ).

Update went smoothly. I was surprised by it, clicked 'update', went to the kitchen and heard my phone reboot. And voila, v23.

Set CoDi power save mode to on, can't wait to see if there's any improvement to battery life.

Based on their indiegogo post - not compared to V22. The option to turn powersaves off is now there to maybe help with the reboots some are having.

Only two problems I have noted with V23 firmware:

1) The fingerprint sensor doesn't allow me to unlock my Cosmo with the screen closed. I have to type in my PIN on the CODI instead. it is as if the sensor has gone to sleep, as there is no response. If the screen is open, the unlock with fingerprint works every time.

2) With my screen open, if I type the wrong PIN on the physical keyboard, then the keyboard won't register any presses and I am forced to use the on-screen keypad instead.

Anybody else got these issues?

I have had this since the start - not specifically with V23. No issues with fingerprint reader on V22/V23 (or V19).

Hi, I've just received my Cosmo and it's proposing to update itself to V16. Should I just install the updates all the way to v23 one by one?

And what about the CoDi firmware? Should I also update it after every Android update or only after reaching V23?
