I know Stephen hangs out here, but after the amazon scandal I was wondering if anyone has had experience with streamlinecpus.
I'm now an iphone user and use my zaurii as serial terminals, perl and shell scripting and when I need 640x480 screens

Hi bluedevils,

our experience with Streamlinecpus is great.

That's the reason why we officially partnered with them.
So all the nice Zaurus products we have will soon be
available from Streamlinecpus for all you US Zaurus
customers.

I'm very sure that Stephen will give you the same
support level and quality like we do here in Europe.

Give it a try, you will be more than satisfied,

Ty for the nice words Marc. Besides being new to the forums community etc we are moving into the Zaurus line to help bring you the products you want at the best prices we can. We realize it will take some time to build the trust of the community however with us partnering with TRIsoft the top supplier of Zaurus products in europe we feel we can do the same thing here in the United States. I look forward to speaking with many of you soon in the forums.

man your price for the zaurus C3000 is so expesive ($885.00)  compared to the one over at conics.net ($775.00). Is there a specific reason for the price difference?

Thanks!

Yes karapta this may be of interest to you https://www.oesf.org/forums/inde...?showtopic=9164 however there is a difference in what we offer and a reason for the pricing. We offer warranty on the product, we ship this with a original SHARP EA.-70S
ac adaptor, english manual, the shipping we incur from Japan, also this item we had tested for FCC and CE testing. The first test this unit did not pass and until some modifications were made we were not technically able to sell it here. So the costs incurred for the testing procedure are denoted in the price.

I purchased an accessory for my Z from Streamline and the service was great.  Quick responses to my questions and after ordering, I had a tracking number within 10 minutes.

Well I finally purchased a serial cable from them and service was excellent.  Within an hour I had a shipping number.  Unfortunately I haven't had the opportunity to test the cable yet, but everything looks good.  Thanks.
