Is there jre 1.4 for C3100  ? Where can i download it ?

Sharp ROMs / Flash Plugin

Probably it is a stupid question, but i see there is no flash plugin in opera or netfront...
where can i find this plugin ( running on qtopia + cacko)

I think it is impossible that there is no flash plugin running on zaurus + opera / nefront....

Thinking zaurus is a business PDA ( surfing the web with full flsh support is indispensable )

I used the infos from http://www.eleves.ens.fr/home/leurent/zaurus.html to install Debian on my C3100 ( i've installed on internal hard drive)

I modified my Vncserver according to the instruction but when i try to

start Vncserver i receive :

rm: cannot remove /tmp/.X1-lock Operation not permitted

Fatal server error:
Colud not create server lock file: /tmp/.X1-lock


Any helps

i've installed debian on my c3100 internal drive hdd3, now with ext3 filesys according to infos on http://www.eleves.ens.fr/home/leurent/zaurus.html

The only strange thing is that during the boot seems that hdd3 is mounted but when i'm into qtopia the hdd3 is not mounted and i've to mount it by hand

Any helps on automounting hdd3 during boot ?
I've simply hacked rc.rofilesys and simply changed all the lines reguarding VFAT

I've successfully configured my bluetooth GPS HOLUX236 with my Zaurus C3100.
 
The device is linked at /dev/rfcomm1
 
if i do cat /dev/rfcomm1 i see the GPS strings...
 
When i try to use it under QPEGPS it doesent work
i set the gpsd option -p /dev/rfcomm1  
 
but nothing works....
Why This ? Is there any bugs in qpegps and gps bluetooth ?
I'm using last CAKO 1.23 on my C3100.

I'm searching for a software for recording the amount of time spent performing activities such as consulting, project work, etc., and producing useful reports such as time sheets and summaries from the recorded data.

Something like  TimeSleuth but it doesent work at 640x480  
I've read that there is a 640x480 version of Time Tracker file name is PTimeTracker_4Qt3_1.7.2z_arm.ipk but i doesent find the file to download.....

Any helps ?

Sharp ROMs / Mplayer Bvdd 640x480

I see try to see a divx ripped at 640x357 on my Zaurus C3100 running Cako 1.23 and mplayer with bvdd... all works very well but the video seems not at 357 because there are 2 black bars very heigh....

The same video on an Dell axim x50v played with TCMP is more bigger : the video's height is more correct then the same video on Zaurus....
