Ok, i\'ve seen there are many GPS maps software for U.S.A. but i\'m searching maps for Europe,
I want to connect my Zaurus sl6000 to a GPS running maps of Italy...

anyone give me Help ? I didnt\' find any maps software running on Zaurus,
having Europen Maps I find TomTom navigator but it is for IPAQ.....

Software / Printing from Zaurus on TCP /LAN

I have to print some docs from zaurus (connect in a Lan) to a print server,
so i try to find some infos but i only find an old version of cups client not compatible with sl6000l..

is there a packege with a new version of cups / lpr .....for printing

ok hitting the slash key works !
now from menu i can choose console it works on sl6000 !

a little thinks...
in console mode what ar TAB KEY and Function Key F1 F2

i try :
rm /home/sharp/etc/launch.default
ln -s /dev/null  /home/sharp/etc/launch.default

then i reboot,
when \"wait 4,3,2,1\" i tap a (as i can see \'a\'  is console mode \'q\' is qtopia)...but starts qtopia....
any helps ?

I remove launch.default and i create a sym link to a fake dir (ln -s /fake launch.conf)
But when i restart my Zaurus , it dosent give me the menu...it gives me an error ad then start qtopia
Where is the mistake ?
i try to modify /root/etc/rc.d/rc.rofilesys too but i cannot save it !
Please can tell me te rigth procedure ? It is important for me starting my Z in text mode...

is it possible rebooting zaurus in text mode with only console ?

I\'ve try to modify inittab (set runlevel 3 insted of 5) on my sl6000 but Zaurus seems to ignore this....

Any helps ?

i\'m searching gcc3.x for the Zaurus; now i\'m using gcc2.95.2 but some programs require gcc 3.x for compiling ?

is there a cramfs with gcc3.x and where can i download  it ?

problem is kino2 doesent work on sl6000l......gives me a bus error message and hangs when i try to play a file !

i\'ve Zaurus sl6000l and i try to install cups for printing....
i think on sl6000l there is a new library so i\'m searching the old  libc.so.6 version GLIBC_2.3 to try cups work...
