hold icon down and disable magnify and also click enable
root privilege (don't worry for sl5xxx users.) but sl
users do need the root privilege.

after all that mess, all you need to to from now on
is...
Connect to this network which is wellenreiter from the
network applet in the taskbar and then start
wellenreiter and a pop up may appear stating you are
not running as root which doesnt need concern. say
yes and click on sniffer and hit start. You should
connect by then. If not, you just need to tweak it
according to your wifi card. to stop it, hit sniffer
and stop. then exit wellenreiter. then close
wellenreiter connection in the taskbar applet. that
is all. If you happen to not be able to connect to
your normal wifi router with your wifi card with
automatic settings in another case, just reboot the
zaurus. I noted that if you exit wellenreiter without
closing connection in the sniffer will hang the wifi
and render it useless unless you reboot. I have not
tried reconnecting and starting and closing the
connection under wellenreiter yet. if using with kismet, i found a problem though, if you cannot connect after to your regular wifi, just eject cf wifi and reinsert it. I dont know what causes this problem. or reboot as well if it fails.
