Update. Managed to flash with the Sharp ROM. It's working fine now. I'm fiddling with this to see what it has. I also have the Watapon ROM and will plan to use that to see what I can find.
Thanks for your help xamindar and sdjf! |

Hi!
I am thinking about buying a 5600 (Poodle), so my question would be, WHATīs the BEST, STABLE, general purpose ROM, that is available now for the Poodle? I will use a CF Wifi Card, a Pockettop IR keyboard, etc. Or what ROMs are available at all, that are working for an everyday use, without hacking too much? I am a newbie to Linux.... On the package it says itīs a pxa250 processor !!!!!! Is this anything to consider? Thanks a lot: Balazs |

Thanks for your help xamindar and sdjf! With what Sharp ROM ? i know there is only one, but since the forum is build in the way threats are not developped, you peoples don't *think* about others coming later and trying to understand what you did ! So i don't know on what ROM someone ran the mplayer at 25 fps because i should have click 30 times to read the post ! (/rant) So in addition, i have Skarp ROM 0.a8 , less than 1 ! Sharp specify their latest ROM is for machines with ROM 1. Peoples in the world, developpers, try to communicate. L |
