 Archos 405 H264, cant load H264 files |

Can anyone help here i have emailed archos twice about this prob but they dont reply, i know my 405 can play h264 format movies, but if i try and load a h264 movies over 1 gb in size and yes i do have a loads of room on my archos sd card , its says downloading and comes up with a few minutes time to download then all that happens is this time gets longer and longer to download, it starts off with hours then days etc etc , has anyone had this happens and is there a cure ?
