Please excuse my appearing an idiot! I am a relative Linux newbe, I am very keen though!
Can anyone help. I have a SL-680 (Sharp ROM) and an Ambicom BT 2000 CF card. I have installed: bluez, bt950 driver,qt network applet,suspend-resume patch, sudo, as directed on this site: http://www.zaurususergroup.com/modules.php...ename=Bluetooth I followed instructions from the link above but can not get the darn thing going! when I run hciconfig it tells me "can't get device info: No such device" and "sdptool browse" just returns "inquring..." "inquiry failed" any help would be greatly appreciated, I am sure it's only something silly. Thanks Pete |

Which ambicom card do you have? One works and one doesn't. What does the command 'cardctl ident' output with your card in your Zaurus.
