Cacko: Possible To Sync Using Syncml ?

Hello,

I use intellisync to sync my Zaurus (cacko rom 1.23) with my professional laptop (outlook: calendar / emails / contact / todos).
Intellisync is not stable on my laptop (windows XP), it often crashes. May be because I have a lot of data to sync (more than 1000 emails in Outlook folders).

As I planned to use cacko / zaurus for my work, I really need something stable and efficient. Do you know if I can sync my datas with an other software (even a commercial one) than Intellisync ?

SyncML seems to be the (future) standard for synchronisation between devices like PDA, phones, etc. and desktop computers.
Do you know if cacko / zaurus is compliant with SyncML ?

Windows Drivers For Sl 760

Hello,

I lost the CD supplied with the Zaurus SL-760 so I can not sync my Zaurus (cacko rom) with my laptop (Windows XP) anymore.

Could you tell me where I can find an ISO image of the CD or where can I download the drivers ? Maybe someone could post the drivers here ? (or pm ?)

I was using pdaxrom since a long time so I did not need these drivers. Yesterday, I flash my zaurus with the latest cacko rom. It is very impressive and I really need to sync my outlook data with my zaurus.

[solved] Problem Using X11 Forwarding

Hello,

I'm trying to export the display of my Zaurus to my laptop, to be able to run various apps.

- Zaurus: SL 760 / Pdaxrom rc11
- laptop: windows XP running a linux virtual machine (vmware)

The Zaurus is connected to the laptop using USB cable (IP over USB between Zaurus and virtualized linux).
Network is ok since I can browse the web for example using my Zaurus.

I wish to run some Z apps on my laptop, then I tried:

Zaurus:
- Edit /etc/ssh/sshd_config:
X11Forwarding: yes
X11DisplayOffset 10

--> restart sshd

Laptop:
# xhost +
# ssh -X root@zaurus

--> xterm works (I mean I can see the xterm window on my laptop)
--> all the others apps do not work. Most of the time, connection is frozen.

Is someone can help me to solve this ?

USB networking seem to be very unstable here... For example, the connection hangs if I type:
# ssh root@zaurus
# ls -l /usr/lib

May be it is because of this I can't manage to export X apps properly...
