I am about to buy the SL-C1000 off ebay tomorrow and it says it comes with:
Sharp Zaurus SL-C1000 - converted to English UK AC Adapter USB cable for connecting to your PC Lithium ion battery Comprehensive user guide Original Japanese CDs I live in the United States. The UK plugs are different then the US plugs right? (or am i mistaken). So that means I won't be able to charge my C1000 or can I use my USB Cable to charge it when it's connected to my PC? Thanks in advanced |

what matters is that the power supply is the right polarity (yes) and the right voltage (yes, even under almost no load).
the latter is what really marks out cheapo power supplies - their regulation is v poor and when (.e.g) the Z is fully charged and the load on the charger is nearly zero, its voltage rises badly. |
