Hi all, I am new to this forum and glad to be part of cosmo community!

I have my cosmo since two days and I am struggling with a strange issue regarding the front microphone -- the microphone on the shell, which you use to speak while calling someone. Mine does not work when I am calling someone, even if it works when I record my voice. When I am calling someone with my cosmo opened, the other part can hear my voice -- I close the cosmo, and the other part can not hear me anymore, I re-open the cosmo, and the person can hear me. And so on.

What I have tried until now:

- disabled all apps using the microphone but the dial app.
- inserting/resetting the SIM card (with cosmo off, or with cosmo on)
- factory reset the cosmo (5 times)
- enabling voice assistants and disabling them all
- disabling wifi and BT
- playing with the option of the front screen

Nothing has helped so far. Does anyone of you have a tip that could bring me some hints about this issue? I don't know if the cosmo has two mics, or only one, and I don't know how to debug it on android. I suspect that the mic has to switch when the case has been closed in order to get sound from the shell, and not from the screen anymore, and it gets somehow lost at it. This would mean in my case that such a switch does not work properly, and it would be a software issue (firmware). But this is a blind guess. I welcome any help, thanks and happy cosmoing.
